The executive board will meet regularly.

Executive board members are allowed to miss one meeting per semester

If a member is going to be absent, he or she must inform the sponsor directly of the absence

On the second absence, he or she may be dismissed from the executive board at the sponsor’s discretion.

Projects/Drives

Every executive board member must coordinate at least one project or drive each month depending upon which committed the member serves.

If an executive board member fails to coordinate a project or drive for any two months per year, he or she may be dismissed from the executive board at the sponsor’s discretion
